Over 10 weeks, participants will dive into the exciting world of robotics, where they will learn to program, build, and explore the applications of robots. Each session is 1.5 hours long and packed with hands-on activities
Designed to provide students with a solid foundation in The field. It covers the history of robotics, the types of Robots that are commonly used, and the different Components that make up a robot, such as the power Supply, motors, sensors, and control system
Designed to teach students how to program robots using Various programming languages, such as blocky or Python. It covers common programming techniques, such As looping and branching, and teaches students how to Write code for robot motion control and sensor input.
Designed to explore the various ways in which robots are Used in different industries, such as welding, painting, and Material handling. It covers the safety considerations Involved in working with robots and teaches students how To design and set up a robot workcell.
The course culminates in a final project, in which students Will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge and Skills to a real-world problem or challenge. This could Involve designing and programming a robot to perform a Specific task, or developing a new application for an Existing robot.
